Billy4Kids ambassador Marcella De Martin donates 140 pairs of shoes and medical supplies to children in Roatan, Honduras, through a new partnership with Sandy Bay Lighthouse Ministries to combat poverty, disease, and educational inequality.

Marcella De Martin, Brazilian-born activist and wife of Billy Lerner, has been officially named ambassador for Billy4Kids. Her global outreach and advocacy help combat parasitic disease among children in Africa, Brazil, Haiti, and Belize through shoe donations and awareness campaigns.
