During the pandemic, Billy Lerner and Marcella De Martin led Billy4Kids in overcoming travel and supply chain challenges to deliver over 600 pairs of shoes and medical supplies to underserved children across Central America and the Caribbean.

Marcella De Martin, global outreach coordinator for the Billy4Kids Foundation, led missions to Belize, Jamaica, and Honduras, deepening the foundation’s impact through school visits, hospital outreach, and direct support to underserved children. These visits strengthened partnerships and highlighted long-term solutions for child poverty and health.
